Help Yourself and Others By Getting The Covid-19 Vaccine!!
The pandemic is a difficult topic for a lot of us, as it's what has taken the lives of many people and many of our loved ones. This pandemic has been going on for almost two years, which is shocking, that we've had to deal with such an awful virus for so long. On the topic of Covid, if you haven't been fully vaccinated or haven't gotten your first vaccine shot, what are you waiting for? You should get the vaccine as soon as possible for the safety of yourself and others. This is so that you keep yourself and your community safe and try to prevent Covid-19 from spreading within your community.
The first Covid-19 case recorded started in Wuhan, China near the end of 2019.
There have been a total of 5,128,073 deaths and a total of 254,997,023 reported Covid-19 cases in almost the past two years since when coronavirus was first reported. Although there have been an extreme amount of confirmed cases, more than half have recovered from Covid. There's a total of 7.59 Billion vaccine doses given and 3.25 Billion people are fully vaccinated around the world.
One of the biggest regulations that the CDC has put in place is most obviously the masks. It's a requirement to wear a face mask on transportation vehicles such as taxis, planes, trains, and public trams. But even if the CDC says it's required, that doesn't mean that everyone follows it. Just a couple days ago, was a new regulation in the talks about making restaurants, stores, and other public places mandatory for all customers to have proof of vaccinations or else they cannot go in. This all makes sense if there is a person with Covid near others because although you are fully vaccinated and the effects of Covid may not be harsh on you, you may still carry it and pass it on to others.
Yes, I know that after all the evidence the CDC and other trustable sources have put out about the vaccine, everyone has the right to disagree with my argument and others alike. This falls into everyones' first amendment right, which states, "Freedom speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government". The one we're focusing on is the first part, Freedom of Speech. Whether people agree or disagree, everyone is allowed to say and think what they want. Their opinions all have some validity to them as long as you can back up why you disagree or may disagree.
Personally, I believe that everyone should be vaccinated because like the saying goes "killing two birds with one stone". Getting the vaccine will protect you and your community at the same time. As someone who has gotten the first dose, and waiting for my second dose, I am excited because me getting the vaccine, I pose less of a risk of getting affected by Covid and passing it on to my family and friends. Another benefit is that the more people who get vaccinated, the quicker we'll be able to go back to our "normal lives" and back to a time where we could connect and interact with people more. So remember, that you can make a change by getting the vaccine and encouraging others to get it as well!
I completely agree with you Daniel.
